By J. Brock (FINN)

U. S. President, George W. While at the summit President will answer criticism that he has ignored Latin America and will speak of prosperity through more free trade, private enterprise and efficient democracy.  He will be facing one of his best critics, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who blames Latin Americanís continued economic stagnation on the United States.

President Chavez has spoken to a large group of protestors who have come to Mar del Plata to voice their demands for a better economy.
