Dr Peter Hayes, Director for the Overseas Territories in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), arrived on Island yesterday (4 March).

Dr Peter Hayes, Director for the Overseas Territories in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), arrived on Island yesterday (4 March). As part of his short stay his first visit to the Island - Peter Hayes is keen to discuss with young people, the issues that are important to them and their views on the impact of the airport project. On 4 March, Prince Andrew School students and their parents were invited to Plantation House, where students posed questions to Dr Hayes.


 


As a follow-up to this, on Tuesday 5 March, a TV interview will be held with Peter Hayes and a small group of Prince Andrew School students to further discuss current and future issues on the Island. The conversation will be hosted by Darrin Henry.


 


The interview will be shown on Local TV on:


Thursday 7 March - 7: 30pm


Sunday 10 March - 11:00am


Monday 11 March - 7:30pm
